- Baishahe Chemical Park Baishahe Chemical Park is a member enterprise of Xingfa Group Co., Ltd., which has completed the building through the chance of immigration and removal of the people for the Three Gorges Project in 1996 and covers an area of 350 acres, with the existing staff of more than 800 people. With food-level chemical production being the main line, there are totally 22 kinds of main products, including yellow phosphorus, sodium tripolyphosphate, sodium hexametaphosphate, sodium hypophosphite, phosphorus pentasulfide, dimethyl sulfone, sodium monofluorophosphate, and phosphoric acid, three sodium metaphosphate, and flame retardants, with an annual output of 350,000 tons.Among them: an annual output of 24,000 tons of yellow phosphorus, 45,000 tons of sodium pyrophosphate, 100,000 tons of sodium phosphate, 20,000 tons of sodium hexametaphosphate, 10,000 tons of calcium phosphate, a kind of feed additives, 10,000 tons of sodium hypophosphite, 3000 tons of sodium, 10,000 tons of phosphorus pentasulfide , 2,500 tons of dimethyl sulfone, 3000 tons of monofluorophosphate, and 8,000 tons of flame retardant; which are widely used in the field of food, medicine and electronics industry. More than 50% of the leading products are exported to Asia, Europe, the United States, Africa and other countries and regions. The Park always adheres to the concept of “Safety and environmental protection first”, regards the creation of a safe production of zero accidents as the goal, and actively carries out the project transformation and the implementation of cleaner production. The utilization rate of comprehensive utilization of“Four wastes” has been up to 98%. We have a comprehensive treatment of wastewater ；close and recycle use of industrial waste water and cooling water. All the above measures help to achieve the goals of effective re-use of industrial waste and discharge standards. Over the years, the Park has been under 24-hour online monitoring of the national environmental protection department of the Park waste water discharge. With a utilization rate of solid waste of 100%, the Park truly turned waste into treasure, maximizing the usage of resources. Through the implementation of a series of scientific and technological innovation and energy-saving emission reduction projects, forming the economic development model of “Recycling in innovation, efficiency improving in recycling”, working out an ecological, efficient and energy saving development road. By the way, the Park is also named "Garden-like Factory." Liucaopi Chemical Park Located in Baihe Village, Xiakou Town, Xingshan County, Hubei Province, Liucaopi Chemical Park is an important chemical production base in Xingshan area of Xingfa Group. The transportation condition of the factory area is superior, which is 3 km from the port of Changjiang River, 1.5 km from 312 provincial highway, and 7 km from Pingyi mouth entrance of Yiba high-speed. The plant covers an area of 200 mu, employees more than 600. The plant is mainly engaged in the production and processing of phosphorus chemical products. there are mainly ten kinds of products, including 100,000 tons / year phosphoric acid, 60,000 tons / year sodium tripolyphosphate, 23,000 tons / year industrial grade yellow phosphorus, 20,000 tons / year six sodium phosphate, 10,000 tons / year potassium pyrophosphate, 10,000 tons / year sodium phosphate, 7,000 tons / year tetramethylolpropionate, 50,000 tons / year sodium formate and 25,000 tons / year formic acid, widely used in the field of electronics, building materials, textile, petroleum, aviation, chemical, metallurgy, paper, printing and dyeing and other fields. The comprehensive production capacity is 300,000 tons and the products are exported to more than 30 countries and regions in the world. The plant adheres to the development concept of “Phosphorus chemical recycling economy, comprehensive utilization of four wastes, green industrial park”. In strict accordance with the standard operation of the “Four turns into one” system , the plant centers on the transformation and upgrading of production processes and always puts safety, environmental protection and quality management in the first place.
